These Terms govern your use of Krosz, operated by Krosz Services OPC Pvt Ltd.. By using Krosz you agree to provide accurate information and documents, follow the guided steps, and pay the fees shown to you before payment.

Our service and fees

Krosz prepares your application and, where the destination's process allows, helps you submit it. The Krosz service fee is ₹1,999 + GST per visa application. Government fees and any third-party fees are shown separately in your fee breakdown before you pay. You are responsible for the accuracy of what you submit.

Visa service disclaimer: Krosz is a private visa and travel assistance service. It is not a government agency, embassy, consulate or immigration authority. Only the relevant government authorities decide visa eligibility and approval, and using Krosz does not promise or guarantee that your visa will be approved. Processing times shown by Krosz are estimates unless they are specifically marked as official government timelines.

Refunds and grievances

Refunds follow our Refund & Cancellation Policy. Approved refunds are processed within 3 working days of approval. You can raise complaints under our Customer Grievance Policy.
